Derryl Langa BAP SA has been in the Audit and finance industry for over 15 years. He has served on a number of Audit and Risk Committees and a number of company boards, including being a chairperson of a Medical Aid Scheme. His employment history also includes being a Chief Audit Executive in one of the major Metropolitan Municipalities Derryl Served is SAICA articles at a small audit firm called Myers Tennier chartered Accountants where he was exposed to both small and large audit clients. His Compliance and governance experience has assisted many companies to comply with all the relevant company legislation and the King Code.
 
Derryl holds a BCom Accounting from the University of Johannesburg, a Master in Business Administration qualification from the Milpark Business School and is currently completing his LLB degree with the University of South Africa. He is a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors, a member of the Institute of Directors South Africa, a member of the South African Institute of Business Accountants as well as a member of the South African Tax Practitioners.

Zane Myehemwa CA (SA)

A member of IRBA, SAICA and the South African Institute of Tax Practitioners. He holds a Bcom Accounting, Bcom Honors and a Master of Business Administration qualification.
Zane completed his articles at KPMG where he was involved with a number of large external audits. Zane has been employed as a Chief Financial Officer and executive of a number of Municipalities entities and other large business. He is also a mentor in a Business incubation program. Zane is a seasoned auditor and has assisted many companies is achieving positive audit outcomes.

Sibusiso Tshikovhi, MTP (SA)

Sibusiso Tshikovhi, MTP (SA), is a seasoned forensic auditor with extensive experience across audit, taxation, and forensic investigation. He completed his articles with KMMT Inc., which later merged with KPMG Inc., where he gained substantial exposure to high-profile clients such as Kgorong Investment Holdings (Pty) Ltd, Eskom Corporate Audit, Foskor (Pty) Ltd, Denel Naschem, Denel Airmotive, the South African Broadcasting Corporation (SABC), SASRIA, the Department of Water Affairs and Forestry (DWAF), Royal Bafokeng Brick ‘n Tile, and Greater Johannesburg Metropolitan Council (GJMC). His work ranged from external and internal audits to due diligence and management consulting.

Sibusiso went on to serve at the South African Revenue Service (SARS) within the National Enforcement Unit as a Senior Tax Auditor. His responsibilities included conducting field tax audits on medium to complex cases. During his tenure, he was selected to attend the Commonwealth Tax Inspectors Course in the United Kingdom, a prestigious program facilitated by the UK Inland Revenue under the Commonwealth Association of Tax Administrators (CATA). He was later promoted to Special Interest Cases Officer, where he managed high-profile and sensitive investigations. In this role, he coordinated multidisciplinary teams across the country, participated in joint operations with various state organs, and led the design and implementation of reporting systems for senior SARS management, including the General Manager and Commissioner Academically, Sibusiso holds a Master of Commerce in Taxation, a Postgraduate Certificate in Advanced Taxation, a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting, and a Certificate in Mining Tax.

Vincent Lefatle, CA(SA)
 
Lehlohonolo Lefatle is a qualified Chartered Accountant (SA) with over seven years of experience in auditing, financial reporting, and risk management. With a strong foundation in both public and private sector audits, he has developed expertise in financial management, tax compliance, governance, and internal controls.
 
Currently serving as a Project Manager in Finance & Audit at Renaissance, Lehlohonolo has demonstrated expertise in financial management, taxation, risk assessment, and compliance. Formerly a Senior Audit Consultant at Makosi, Lehlohonolo has successfully led and managed audit engagements, ensuring compliance with international accounting and regulatory standards. His ability to analyze financial statements, assess risk, and implement strategic audit procedures has helped organizations optimize their financial operations and strengthen compliance frameworks.

Prior to Makosi, Lehlohonolo advanced from Trainee Accountant to Assistant Manager at SNG Grant Thornton, where he played a key role in developing audit strategies, managing SAICA trainee programs, and optimizing financial performance through strategic planning. His hands-on approach to leadership, team management, and quality assurance has been instrumental in driving operational efficiency and delivering value-driven insights.

Lehlohonolo holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Applied Accounting Sciences (PGDA) from UNISA, along with a BCom Financial Accounting degree, further solidifying his technical expertise. His proficiency in IFRS, PFMA, MFMA, and internal auditing tools such as CaseWare, Teammate, and CCH positions him as a well-rounded finance professional dedicated to excellence and continuous improvement.

Comfort Matshwane is a highly accomplished Chartered Accountant (SA) with over seven years of experience in audit, accounting, and financial advisory. Currently serving as a Project Manager in Finance & Audit at Renaissance, Comfort has demonstrated expertise in financial management, taxation, risk assessment, and compliance.

With a strong background in audit leadership, Comfort has managed both internal and external audits, ensuring adherence to IFRS, IFRS for SMEs, and various regulatory standards. Their ability to lead crossfunctional teams, streamline financial processes, and drive efficiency has contributed to cost savings and operational improvements across multiple organizations.

Comfort has held key roles at Cashew Incorporated, SAPRO (seconded to BDO, USA), and SNG Grant Thornton, where they led financial reporting, risk assessments, and compliance reviews. Their experience spans international financial regulations, including US GAAP, VAT Act, and the Income Tax Act, reinforcing their ability to navigate complex financial landscapes.

Holding a Chartered Accountant designation from SAICA, Comfort also possesses a Postgraduate Diploma in Applied Accounting Sciences (CTA) from UNISA and a Bachelor of Accounting from the University of Johannesburg.
